Specifications include, but are not limited to: Properly qualified, capable, licensed and insured, and experienced contractors to complete the Orchards Park Improvements: Dog Park and Playground Project, for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department. All work will be performed within Bentonville city-limits. The work will consist of, but not be limited to the site protection, grading and backfill required to reflect the intent of the grading plan, the installation of stone walls and steps, a canine tunnel, procuring and installing the metal fence and gates, the installation of irrigation system(s), concrete flatwork of the shelter pads, area entryways, playground (excluding playground equipment and fall surface), drainage, edges, walkways and specialty paving, site cleanup and revegetation, all other associated work required to complete the plan set.
