Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Academy, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Portable Chemical Toilet and Sink Services, as needed, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Local Business License. County Environmental Health Permit (city/county issued) Disposal Site Discharge Permit. Motor Carrier Permit issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles, if the gross vehicle weight rating is 10,001 lbs. or more. B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). This shall include pollution liability. C. All equipment provided to the California Highway Patrol must meet current ADA codes and regulations.
