Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Product Related- Requires the selling of brochure items, such as candy, popcorn, mugs, candles, etc. by Aldine students that result in a monetary profit to Aldine ISD. Products and marketing must be grade-level appropriate for students in Aldine ISD, as determined by the Assistant Superintendent of Finance. (See Product Related Terms and Conditions) 2. Curriculum Related- Any program or planned activity that sells instructional materials or provides educational lessons to students or staff for a monetary profit to Aldine ISD. Employee liability insurance must be provided if the awarded vendor will conduct a curriculum related Fundraiser on campus. (See Curriculum Related Terms and Conditions) 3. Vendor Donation- Requires students, staff, or general public to purchase items from a vendor/retailer in exchange for a monetary donation. The vendor must also provide a marketing tool, which outlines how the donation amount is determined. (see Vendor Donation Terms and Conditions)
