Inspects building’s interior and exterior HVAC system components to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations. Performs regular maintenance and extreme cases of replacing HVAC system. Performs on a scheduled basis. Investigate possible problems and manage solutions accordingly.
