Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide utility locating services within POA property when requested toensure identification of utility systems owned and maintained by POA. The utilities shall include, but are not limited to; water, sewer and storm drain systems, electrical andcommunication lines, heat trace, cathodic protection, petroleum, oil and lubricant lines, and gaslines. It may be necessary for the Contractor to coordinate locating services with utility companies to ensure complete and accurate location of utilities. The Contractor will possess a valid Alaska Business License and must be a current certified utility locator. Proof of these requirements will be provided at time of bid opening.
