Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Prepare some or all of the data elements for submission by RIDOT’s Pavement Engineering and Asset Management staff, as directed by RIDOT on a task order basis. The data elements to be prepared for submission by the consultant under this task would be based on a la carte approach and may vary from year to year. See Attachment A for an excerpt from the HPMS Field Manual listing all current data items which the Consultant may be called upon to prepare for submission by RIDOT into the HPMS web portal. Additional data items may be added if and when FHWA updates the HPMS Field Manual. b. Assist RIDOT in achieving HPMS submission requirements ahead of the required FHWA mandated deadlines that are shown below. RIDOT required due dates are shown in the Milestones section that follows. a. Interstate Pavement and Other Related Pavement Data (FHWA Due Date 4/15) b.
