Specifications include, but are not limited to: Complete a cadastral survey of the Broadwater Project and prepare an Exhibit G which meets FERC requirements for relicensing.; The Broadwater-Missouri, or Toston, Dam is a concrete gravity overflow dam, originally constructed in 1940 as an irrigation diversion structure, with a total length of approximately 705 feet. An apron extends 75 feet downstream from the upstream face of the dam. At either end of the dam, parallel to its axis, are counterfort abutment walls, which extend into the abutments and function as concrete seepage cutoff walls. The effective spillway length is 360 feet and consists of seven spillway bays, each 54 feet wide, separated by six reinforced concrete piers, each three feet wide and about 20 feet long. Atop the piers is a bridge constructed of steel girders with a reinforced concrete deck and chain link fence.
