Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Goal/Objective 1: Vendor will assess the current water infiltration issues and exterior caulking deficiencies in Building 32 and provide recommendations to the Agency regarding repair options. This goal should address the removal of the existing vertical caulking and backing and replacing both with new. The goal should also address clarification as to the installation of the Reglet and flashing between the wall and the lower roof. 2.2. Goal/Objective 2: Vendor will also provide recommendations and specifications to replace the caulking (interior and exterior) around the windows. Vendor will finally proceed to design and administer the repair and replacement of these systems, to occur in an occupied building. 2.3. Goal/Objective 3: Vendor will provide recommendations and specifications to have the window exteriors cleaned and make recommendations on restoring color to the exterior of the window frames. 2.4. Goal/Objective 4: Vendor will provide recommendations and specifications to have the building exterior cleaned (typically power washing).
