Complete replacement of the existing lift station including wet well, pumps, valve vault, electrical control, generator, and associated system components. The proposed lift station includes a new submersible triplex lift station capable of 1,800 gallons per minute, 55,000 gallons of emergency storage constructed of a buried cast-in-place concrete structure that is integral to the pump wet well, bypass pumping provisions, re-routing of 225 LF gravity sewer mains, 374 LF of force main, 260 S.F. control building, decommission existing lift station, landscaping and irrigation, and utility coordination. Other site improvements include construction of approximately 2,150 S.F. of new paved entrance road.
