Specifications include, but are not limited to: In order to increase input, the commitment to higher education, and the attainment of bachelor’s degrees in the region, an evaluation that extends beyond the Community Advisory Board will be necessary. Development of the needs assessment must be completed through an inclusive process. This assessment will include one-on-one interviews with key L–A leaders as well as interviews of individuals with specific authority and/or expertise in the five targeted market areas previously outlined (see summary below). This process must engage and facilitate input and feedback from the following community stakeholders: • Local Government • Private and Public Educators • Business/Employer Community • Non Profit Organizations • Local Community Groups
