Specifications include, but are not limited to: Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional consulting services to evaluate and improve SCF’s process for records, inventory, and materials management. The evaluation should include review of storage and management of the following: • Records; clinical and non-clinical • Supplies • Equipment • Furniture • Miscellaneous items The evaluation must include comprehensive review and itemization of the aforementioned items, which are currently stored at various locations throughout Southcentral Foundation to include: • Three warehouse locations owned o 6130 Tuttle Place, Anchorage o 6160 Tuttle Place, Anchorage o 4973 Eagle Street, Anchorage
