Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified vendors to provide Cosmetology Theory Testing Services. Vendor provides access to a validated, computerized written (theory) test for the following professional license types: cosmetology, hair design, hair braiding, esthetics, nail technology, electrology, and an instructor exam. Vendor provides access to the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology’s maintained state law question database via the same delivery format as the written (theory) exam. Vendor provides software programming to interface the access to the deliver tests with the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology’s customized licensing database software to allow for a seamless testing process with access to two (2) tests (theory and state law) on demand but registered by date and time. Programming also includes test scores being delivered into the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology’s software, NVCOSMO and directing testing applicants through a series of landing pages to promote an efficient transition from testing to licensing.
