Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ” or “Qualifications”) is to seek providers of Computer Aided Dispatch (“CAD”), Mobile Data System (MDS), Law Enforcement Records Management System (“LERMS)”, and Jail or Corrections Management System (“JMS” or “CMS”) software, hardware, and services. The RFQ is being advertised to select one or more firms with whom each of the regional partners, the City of Reno, the City of Sparks, and the County of Washoe, hereinafter individually referred to specifically by name or generally as “PARTNER” and collectively as “PARTNERS,” may subsequently negotiate individual agreements with the selected Offeror(s) for CAD, LERMS, or JMS/CMS as described in this RFQ. While PARTNER agencies may negotiate individual agreements for specific parts of the proposed system, e.g. Washoe County and JMS, Offerors should propose a single unified system to be utilized by the regional partner agencies
