Specifications include, but are not limited to: r translation and interpreter services. As part of CDVSA’s Language Access Plan, potential vendors shall be able to format these to fit the unique needs of Alaskans and the Alaska Native Community to include local and cultural context for these services. The contractor will routinely review CDVSA documents, update CDVSA’s webpage and work with CDVSA in finding alternative methods of sharing information in communities that may lack in infrastructure and/or technology to access to CDVSA’s webpage. The contracting agency will partner with CDVSA to provide technical assistance and best practices to CDVSA and its subgrantees. Once a year, it may be requested that the contractor provide CDVSA and sub-grantees presentations and training on how to use interpreter services.
