Specifications include, but are not limited to: Staff 1. The vendor must assign an administrator to hire supervisors, maintain progress of the program, educate participants about services, and provide counsel. 2. The vendor must provide two (2) supervisors. Supervisors are responsible for identifying program participants and providing transportation for program participants to work sites; supervisors will also monitor litter pick-up by participants. 3. The vendor must provide lunch to participants each day. 4. The vendor must provide information about resources and wrap-around services available for those experiencing homelessness each day over lunch and/or after work is completed. Transportation 1. The vendor must provide all transportation. The vendor may use their own insured transportation or use a City owned vehicle. If a City owned vehicle is in use, the vehicle must only be used for picking up participants, taking them to work sites, and dropping them off at the end of the workday. 2. The vendor must provide fuel for any City vehicle used for the program. 3. The vendor must determine the routes to each site as well as pick up and drop off points for participants
