Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Conduct said business as not to interfere with other uses or activities on the property. 2. Ensure vending machines are operational at all times. At any time machines are not operational for an extended period of time, Provider will notify the City’s Parks and Recreation Director or designee of the expected repair time. 3. Provider will be responsible for ensuring machines are fully stocked to provide participants with food and/or drinks needed for the recreation or exercise experience. 4. Provide machines that accept change or proper currency, as well as all major debit and credit cards. 5. Machines shall be dual climate for perishable items. 6. Maintain and protect the equipment from excess damage. 7. Clean premises daily of all debris. 8. Provider is responsible for the timely replacement of equipment if it is damaged. 9. Meet with staff periodically concerning the offerings in the machines. 10. Comply with all local, state and federal laws, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines, and/or directions, including, but not limited to, sales tax, payroll tax and the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines regarding food preparation.
