Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Conduct said business as not to interfere with other uses or activities on the property. 2. Open and staff the concession stand in coordination with activities that the City has schedule, unless otherwise stipulated by Bentonville Parks and Recreation. 3. Open each day, at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the first scheduled activity, and shall remain open until the last scheduled activity has concluded unless otherwise approved by Bentonville Parks and Recreation. 4. Comply with all local, state and federal laws, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines, and/or directions, including, but not limited to, sales tax, payroll tax and the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines regarding food preparation.
