Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work shall include mechanical (including cooling tower replacements), supporting electrical (including power), supporting plumbing system design and Contract Administration for all projects. The schools are Selbyville Middle, Long Neck Ele., North Georgetown Ele., P. C. Showell Ele., East Millsboro Ele., and Georgetown Ele. Field investigations shall be necessary for mechanical and electrical phases of work. Preparations of design plans and specifications. Oversee bidding phase and prepare addendums and respond to RFI’s (requests for information) proposed by bidders. Assist the District in review of bids and contracts, preparation of owner/contractor agreement, consultation during construction/installation, review of payment applications, final inspections and review of all closeout documents, and other responsibilities deemed necessary to complete these projects.
