Additionally, equipment shall meet all SOA DMV requirements. At the discretion of the Administrator, 3/4 inch serrated cutting edges shall be used and shall be paid at an additional 7% of the bid rate. No additional charge may be included for mounting or dismounting any additional equipment whether or not prescribed.
