Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont Agency of Education seeks proposals from four (4) qualified contractors who can provide coaching to the site-based mathematics coaches, educators, and administrators of SU/SD or school sites that are part of Vermont’s SSIP as well as co-facilitate 3 networking (EdCamp follow-up) days. Contractors will be responsible for co-developing and collaboratively facilitating three professional learning EdCamp sessions. Vendors will coordinate with one another and AOE staff to develop these sessions that will result in both shared presentations and small group facilitation throughout each of the three days. In addition to the professional learning EdCamp sessions, the contractors will provide coaching to the sitebased mathematics coaches, educators, and administrators of SU/SD or school sites that are part of Vermont’s SSIP and co-facilitate 3 networking (EdCamp follow-up) days. The selected contractors will design and deliver professional learning, research-based resources, and participant evaluations. Contractors must have the capacity to provide training to a statewide cohort of mathematics coaches as well as other personnel participating in the SSIP program at either or both the SU/SD and building levels. Specific responsibilities include 1. Collaborate with the other SSIP Instructional Coaches and AOE staff to develop and deliver three Virtual EdCamp professional learning sessions aligned to addressing the Vermont’s State Systemic Improvement Plan’s (SSIP) State Identified Measurable Result (SiMR). Each Session will include creating change ideas. EdCamp trainings to be Fall 2021, Winter 2022 and Spring 2022.
