Specifications include, but are not limited to: e construction of, Alteration of the existing customer counter within existing Treasurer’s office at the Clark County Government Center on the 1st floor. The new cash receipt office across from the safe room will be accessible by the public. In addition, the existing customer counter and millwork will be modified for ADA accessibility, including but not limited to, any demolition required to construct or install new features, and utility work required, to achieve project completion. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: The “WORK” consists of floor patching, new flooring, metal stud framing, drywall, paint, millwork, carpet, wall base, hollow metal frames, wood doors, hardware, card readers, new suspended acoustical ceiling, lighting, HVAC, ductwork, Controls, modification of existing fire suppression system per new floor plan layout, including electrical/communication cabling, and new security cameras.
