Specifications include, but are not limited to: Propane: The Town is seeking sealed bidsfor the provision of 4,500 gallons of propane for its municipal facilities during the 2021-22heating season. In all there are 14tank locationsranging in size from 120-1000 gallons (listing available upon request), 10 of which provideservice to the heating appliance.Bids shall include pricing for both immediate pre-buy and for payment on delivery.PropaneService: The Town also seeks bidsfor servicing of boilers and furnaces in the various Town buildings. Services shall include annual cleaning/tune-up, repair/maintenance services as needed and emergency/after-hours services as necessary. Proposals should include pricing for both full service contracts and hourly rates for specified services.
