Specifications include, but are not limited to: A contract for Validated Point-to-Point Encrypted Payment Solution Services for the State of New Hampshire. The State is looking to streamline and reduce Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements, replace end of life terminals, move to Ethernet based processing, and is looking to implement a Point-to-Point Encrypted (P2PE) solution. The Vendor shall supply for purchase or lease 300 new Universal Class A terminals, as needed, for use at the various locations throughout the State. Each terminal shall be pre-injected with all necessary software and must be Ethernet based. Vendor shall provide a list of all technical specifications for the proposed terminals. Although this RFP identifies the need for 300 terminals, the number may be higher or lower. 300 terminals will be the basis for scoring. The go live date will need to be before the end of July 2022. The Vendor shall deploy, deliver, and install all the terminals at the various State locations. The terminals shall be standalone PCI-validated solution for card-present, mail order/telephone order (MOTO) transactions, as well as mobile implementations. The solution must be certified with Fiserv and J.P. Morgan Chase, the State’s current processing banks.
