Specifications include, but are not limited to: An annual agreement for HVAC Chiller Preventative Maintenance and repair for various buildings located in Tarrant County. The term will be for twelve (12) months with two (2) additional twelve (12) month options for renewal. This contract is for scheduled annual maintenance service of HVAC Chiller Equipment, and repair work. 1. Preventative Maintenance work will consist of completing all requested services listed for stop inspections or quarterly inspections depending on which preventative maintenance visit has been requested. 2. Repair work will consist of repairs made outside of the annual maintenance agreement which will be performed at an established hourly rate and will be requested on an as needed basis.
