Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will consist of removal of approximately 57 feet of existing aluminum framing and glass panels, 2 doors, and 5 windows. Contractor will reconstruct all areas with new store front window system, new door installations and new window installations. Material shall be dark bronze anodized aluminum including top receptors, corners, sill covers and vertical framing. Glass shall be 1” insulated, tempered, color being bronze. All windows will be fixed non-opening. The two doors being installed will be 3’-6” medium stile door with transom same color as glass fronts, with 8-inch bottom rail and will include all associated hardware including panic bar, closers, thresholds and sweeps. Removal and reinstallation of current existing handicap opener will be required.
