Specifications include, but are not limited to: Full removal of the existing components including but not limited to. Ceiling grid, ceiling tiles, exhaust vents, lighting fixtures, light fixtures will be returned to the City of Rochester, sinks, toilets, urinals, concrete block divider walls Existing bathroom will be upgraded with the following item. Each bathroom will have one 2x4 wall constructed on the area to receive the new sinks. This wall will be covered with backer board to receive new tile application. New Epoxy flooring system with 4inch baseboard will be installed over existing tile floor. Any and all repairs/prep to existing flooring will be contactors responsibility. All CMU walls will have backer board attached to the CMU wall prior to tile installation or walls will have all paint removed. New 12x12 ceramic tiles with 5x5 tile band approximately 5” off ground will be installed on all restroom walls color of tile and grout TBD. Install all new ceiling grid white in color, smooth moisture resistant ceiling tiles will be used in all ceilings. Bathroom partitions dividing 7 toilets and 3 urinals will be installed using anti scratch and graffiti materials, 2 stalls will meet ADA requirements and all partitions will include all hardware including self-closing hinges, (color TBD). Install 2 new ADA compliant toilets with grab bars mounted and 5 new standard toilets. All toilets will use the existing drain and water supply. All toilets will be equipped with sensor activated flushometers kits. Each stall to receive double roll toilet paper dispenser. 3- new urinals with flushometers kits will be installed in the same location of the existing. 1- existing toilet drain and supply line will need to be discontinued. 4- Bump outs will be constructed to receive new trash receptacle/ paper towel dispenser, dispenser combination unit will be constructed of stainless steel with removal able trash bin and battery-operated paper towel dispenser.
