Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Conroe is soliciting statements of qualifications from interested firms to provide capital campaign planning study and counsel services for raising funds in support of construction of a Visual and Performing Center by repurposing and/or adding to the Walter P. Jett Continuing Education Center (formerly the historic Sam Houston Elementary School). This project is scheduled to span one-two budget years. This will include organizing the campaign planning study process; conduct personal interviews, focus groups and surveys; and prepare a final report and fundraising plan. Following the final report, the selected firm will transition to active campaigning finalizing campaign materials; recruit, orient and train the campaign committee; and provide campaign committee oversight. The firm will identify, cultivate and manage strategies for major gift prospects and campaign committee solicitations.
