Specifications include, but are not limited to: A comprehensive multi-faceted solution for the production, printing, and/or mailing of registration forms w/decal and permit indicia. The proposal must provide solutions for the following: Printing system for vehicle registration cards with validation decals. Must accommodate varying sizes of validation decals for standard license plates and motorcycle license plates, Print the vehicle license plate number on the decal with other validations, Accommodate print-on-demand capabilities in field offices, county assessors and the Department’s vehicle registration business partners, Accommodate printing capabilities in bulk through our Central Services Division from customers using alternative means to register or renew vehicle license plates.
