Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified vendors to provide Financial Management Services (FMS) for Nevada’s families with children/youth with a severe emotional disturbance determination whose families/guardians choose to direct their own services and supports through Self-Directed Programs. The qualified vendor must have at least 2 years’ experience in Financial Management Services. This project will provide respite support to families with children/youth with a severe emotional disturbance determination, hereinafter referred to as agent, and will need a payee vendor to provide customer service support and technical assistance to both the family(employer) and the respite provider. This contract will also include technical assistance in completing the required forms to meet IRS and federal tax requirements.
