Specifications include, but are not limited to: : The Work to be performed under this Contract includes improvements to Decatur Boulevard from CC-215 to Tropicana Avenue in Clark County, Nevada. The Work will generally consist of improvements including sidewalk ramp reconstruction for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) current standards, traffic signal modifications, detector loop installation at signalized intersections, installation of an emergency signal on Decatur at Oquendo Road, utility adjustments, cold planing, removal and replacement of base material in areas, removal and replacement of plantmix bituminous surface in areas, roadway widening, UTACS, permanent striping and signing, the addition of median islands, removing and replacing damaged sidewalk and curb and gutter, ITS conduit, fiber optic cable, splicing, and pull boxes, LED luminaires, and other necessary appurtenances required to make a good, complete, and serviceable project. The project will also include roadway improvements on Sobb Avenue and Cameron Street including installation of plantmix bituminous surface, L type curb and gutter, and drainage improvements.
