Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Problem Statement: Currently the Psychological Services staff utilizes a number of means to administer, score and interpret norm-referenced tests, including paper and pencil, iPad, and various software and online programs requiring a number of different licenses and renewal fees. In addition, on-going purchase of new and updated tests, along with expensive, non-reusable paper protocols is necessary, requiring excessive storage space and transport from school to school by individual staff members. Access to a frequently updated online assessment library containing a significant number of commonly used tests would help reduce the need to purchase additional licenses, paper test materials and cumbersome test kits. It would also function to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the evaluation process which is crucial as referrals for evaluation increase. 2. Goalsof the Agreement: The goal of this project is to improve assessment efficiency and accuracy, reduce dependence on test kits and materials which are difficult to transport and store, and thereby reduce cost. 3. Objectivesof the Agreement/Deliverables: Task: District license for access by all evaluation personnel to a digital assessment library which includes commonly used individualized standardized measures for the evaluation of intelligence/cognitive ability, academic achievement, and aspects of behavior/personality for students ranging in age from 2.5 to 22 years. The library would consist of easy to use systems for administering, scoring, and reporting assessment results for students referred for psycho-educational evaluations. Deliverable: Unlimited use of the tests needed, as often as needed, by as many examiners as needed, all for one annual price; non-digital test materials (record forms) provided as needed. 4.
