Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Recruit, Statewide, applicants for the HOPE and/or TANF-PaS Programs by: Referring interested Students to the Department’s HOPE and/or TANF-PaS Programs to apply for assistance. Assist new eligible families with the HOPE and/or TANF-PaS Program application process. Coordinating referrals received from Educational Institutions or programs that are part of the University of Maine System, the Maine Community College System, Jobs for Maine’s Graduates, an adult Education Program, or the Career Centers, as well as from the Department’s Office for Family Independence (OFI) and other Department stakeholders. Identifying potentially eligible HOPE and/or TANF-PaS Students Enrolled in qualified Postsecondary Training or Education;
