Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide new and refurbished telephones and the trade in of existing used telephones for the telephone system upgrade project. The State is seeking quotations for 1400 Avaya 6480D+ telephones. The quotations are solicited both as REFURBISHED and as NEW. In the event the State cannot get all 1400 refurbished Avaya 6480D+ telephones, the State will then have an option to purchase new Avaya 6480D+ telephones. There are no substitution models allowed. Also solicited is the trade-in of the existing used Centrex Meridian M5316 telephones. There are approximately 700 used Centrex Meridian M5316 telephones to be traded in. Refurbished, new and trade-in telephones are to be quoted in each unit price with a total for the quantity listed.
