Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5.2.1 Contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in commercial Demolition Services of various size and scope, preferably with institutions of higher education and/or healthcare. 5.2.2 Contractor shall provide only competent and qualified Supervision and Laborers to perform all work in compliance and in accordance with drawings and specifications provided by University. 5.2.3 Contractor Supervision shall have completed a minimum of thirty (30) hours in OSHA construction safety training. 5.2.4 Contractor Laborers shall have completed a minimum of ten (10) hours in OSHA construction safety training. 5.2.5 Contractor shall be fluent in the English language to assure adequate communication with all parties involved in the work. 5.2.6 Contractor employees are required to pass background checks performed by the UTHSCSA, Police Dept.
