Specifications include, but are not limited to: Firms that are able to provide Roof Replacement Services. A. Remove all existing wet or damaged roofing materials and replace with new materials, as per the attached specifications. B. Follow all guidance provided by the Department of General Services, Project Manual (ATTACHMENT 1) C. Work should begin at the highest point of the roof level and proceed to the lowest point D. Replace all roof edging and paint to match existing. E. Copings, counter flashing, and other metal work shall be fastened to resist wind uplift and prevent buckling. Metal should be sealed to prevent moisture infiltration. F. Job site and premises will be kept clean and work will be conducted in a manner least disruptive to site occupants. G. Haul away all debris caused by the above work according to code and industry standards. H. Product delivery, storage, and handling: deliver materials to the job site in original, unopened containers, with the manufacturer's name, brand name and installation instructions.
