Specifications include, but are not limited to: ROOF Remove existing roof covering and felt and discard. Replace all deteriorated wood on all fascia. Examine all roof sheathing for any deterioration. If any deterioration is discovered, contact Jacksonville Community Development for inspection and approval of the replacement of sheathing. Install new 15lb felt 6” on center with a 6” head lap and 20 “butt lap”. Install new 36” wide, self-stick, modified bitumen under-layment under .027 aluminum flashings in valleys; SHEATHING Cost to remove and replace a 4’ X 8’ sheet of damaged or deteriorated roof sheathing. All deteriorated or damaged sheathing must be pre-approved for replacement prior to removal of sheathing; GUTTERS Install 5”, K-type, seamless, .027 gauge, aluminum gutter, 5” square downspouts and concrete splash blocks to service right side of rear roof. Color to match existing gutters.
