System provides student search capabilities with the option to combine system-generated data with data from Delaware Tech’s source systems to narrow search results to specific students and sub-populations. System tracks whether students have met with advisor, attended supplemental instruction, visited writing/tutoring center, etc. Users can create alerts about individual or groups of students that are customizable. Solution provides a way to quickly record notes in a consistent approach for analysis when a student wants to discuss topics outside of the original appointment reason.
