The City of Hot Springs is requesting proposals to have regularly scheduled HVAC maintenance service to ensure the continuous and maximum performance of all HVAC systems (as they currently exist) in a safe and energy-efficient manner and to provide the management of the City of Hot springs with timely information regarding the ongoing status of its HVAC and Ancillary equipment with respect to any anticipated and necessary requirements including, but not limited to, adjustments, future operational viability, repairs, replacement, and associated costs. The term of the contract will be for one (1) year with the option of four (4) twelve (12) months extensions upon mutual agreement with the contractor and the City.
