Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services to be provided under this contract must be done per the APC specifications for part numbers WADVULTRA-PX-24 & WUPG4HR-UG-01.The Contractor must comply with all applicable licensing and permitting requirements for this type of service. A copy of all required local, state and/or federal (if applicable) license(s) or permit(s) must be submitted with the RFP response. Submission of a bid is acknowledgement that any and all work performed in relation to this bid will be performed by personnel holding the required valid local, state and/or federal license(s) and/or permit(s).The Contractor must be authorized/licensed/certified by American Power Conversion in the repair of their InfraStruXure systems, specifically the Symmetra UPS systems.Contractors must demonstrate they have experience repairing and maintaining the equipment listed below under “Equipment” along with the knowledge and ability to support these systems for needed repairs and modifications.All services shall be performed in accordance with Rhode Island law and any and all applicable safety regulations. Inspections, maintenance and repairs shall be performed only by trained, qualified technicians who are directly employed by the Contractor. The Contractor shall supervise any and all of the services performed by its technicians.Any and all license and permit fees shall be paid by the Contractor. “Regular time” and “overtime” will be defined as follows:Regular time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru FridayOvertime: 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday thru Friday, Weekends and Rhode Island State Holidays
