Specifications include, but are not limited to: Routine maintenance and service must take place Monday-Friday between 8am – 4pm. Routine maintenance and service must be provided within 48 hours of notice of service excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Any delays in repair cannot exceed 72 hours and must be communicated to MSU immediately upon delay. Recommend the following language instead: Repairs are not to exceed 72 hours, however, if a repair is expected to take longer than 72 hours, Contractor must communicate to MSU immediately with expected repair by date. Provide emergency service with the availability after hours and on weekends. Service and repairs must be completed within 24 hours of first notice. Any machine that is being worked on by the vendor must be “tagged out” until the repairs are completed. MSU will cover all parts costs at wholesale pricing (at cost). Contractor is to supply catalog of commonly repaired parts with expected wholesale pricing. Contractor’s replacement part selection must be new, and not refurbished, parts. Off brands will be accepted
