Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas A&M International University’s Office of Public Relations, Marketing and Information Services (PRMIS) is seeking proposals for a powerful, web-based, fully hosted and easy to use project management and collaboration software tool that can simultaneously enhance efficiency and client relationships while transforming and improving department operations. The software should create department efficiencies and improve transparency and accountability and overall effectiveness of department operations. It should encourage a close working relationship with PRMIS through its ability to provide users with the ability to order, monitor, edit and accept projects that reflect a broad spectrum of digital, print and alternative assets used in the communication, promotion and marketing of this higher education institution. The benefits derived from the chosen solution should provide a measurable driver for all stakeholders, expediting orders, building client satisfaction and encouraging project completion in a timely manner. We specifically seek a partner with substantial, measurable service deployments of the proposed solution in a higher education setting and clear indications of how that service has been developed or reflects higher education needs and preferences.
