Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work under this project includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for the energy improvements and upgrade of the Belfast Pollution Control Facility (Base Bid), replacement of the existing dechlorination shed (Alternate Bid No. 1),treatment reactor paint system restoration (Alternate Bid No. 2) and upgrade of the existing water service entrance (Alternate Bid No. 3) including general conditions and mobilization ,temporary construction facilities, demolition and site clearing; structural excavation and trench excavation; earthwork, backfill, aggregates, stone and compaction; site restoration, loam and seed; drainage and underdrain work; chain link fences; slabs; cast-in-place concrete; masonry and wood framed structures; structural steel, metals, gratings, railings and bollards; rough and finish carpentry, trusses, damp proofing and insulation; roofing and siding; steel and fiberglass doors and hardware; overhead door; painting; and all equipment including aeration blower modifications, blower intake filters, fine bubble aeration, septage pump, sludge dewatering system, flow meter, digester sludge pumps, bulk chemical tank, process piping and valves; expansion joints, pipe hangars and supports; plumbing, heating, and ventilation; electrical wiring, conduit, controls, alarm and instrumentation systems; and all incidentals as required for complete working system and a full plant energy upgrade.
