Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified vendors to provide a new statistically sound random sample survey to be designed and implemented over the next four (4) years. The survey must encompass three populations of the Division’s Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (BVR) and the Bureau of Services to Persons Who are Blind or Visually Impaired (BSBVI): Part A - BVR and BSBVI General Caseload consumers Part B - BVR and BSBVI Transition consumers Part C - BSBVI’s Older Individuals Who are Blind consumers. Gather, compile and analyze data recent satisfaction surveys, to include the development of additional questions. Develop, deploy, administer, compile and analyze data for a new Consumer Experience-Based Survey. Determine which questions should be asked at which milestone, based on the case status of each consumer contacted. Develop questions regarding consumers’ satisfaction with Division job developers. The ultimate goal being the creation of the most complete picture possible regarding the level of satisfaction of the services provided to each consumer contacted. Vendors must have the ability to make changes to the survey questions, as requested by Division, to meet programmatic needs.
