Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Saco ("City") seeks proposals from qualified and experienced firms to conduct a downtown parking study. This Study will inventory and map existing public and private parking; analyze parking needs and opportunities; and provide recommendations through the development of a parking plan. The consultant will work with the City's Economic Development Department and the Economic Development Commission, Planning Board, and City Council. The selected consultant must be an expert in compiling and analyzing parking information and data, creating parking demand projections, and making recommendations to address parking concerns, including public policies, programs, and management, public-private partnerships, and bicycle and pedestrian connectivity.
