Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will prepare the campaign for launch and maintain communication with LSSLC throughout the advertising campaign to ensure all elements are on track. The Contractor will design custom ads and creative messaging for the campaign, and work with LSSLC to identify target audiences and create a media plan designed to meet the facility needs. The Contractor will implement an advertising campaign that targets people within a 50-mile radius of the facility, utilizing ads as people move through the internet and use mobile apps as well as targeting local business that employ those that have employee skillsets LSSLC is seeking, such as nursing homes, group homes, hospitals and jails. The Contractor shall build social media pages to increase awareness among digital media users. The Contractor will provide education and information on programmatic strategy and tactics selected.
