Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Provide feedback, clinical guidance and direction that engages with the Director of Victim Services within the Major Crimes Unit (Vermont State Police) in evaluating their work with clients. One-hour weekly will be spent working towards best practice conditions for the Victim Service Director and mitigating Vicarious Trauma that may arise from the work being almost exclusively in homicide cases. b) Deliverables shall include documentation of clinical supervision meeting times. Supervision will be provided for one hour weekly for a full fiscal year to ensure good clinical practice happens with the loved ones of homicide victims and missing persons. c) The Clinical Supervision work will be completed by the Contractor, a licensed clinical social worker, and will occur at the clinical supervisor’s Williston office weekly. d) Contractor will develop goals and working agreements jointly with the Victim Services Director and shall include: a. Weekly and consistent schedule b. Goal areas and priorities for working with clients c. Strategies to best effectively serve clients d. Feedback of work performed by the Victim Services Director e. Feedback of the work provided by the Contractor weekly at the end of each session f. Annual summary of work completed by both Victim Services Director and Contractor
