Global Community High School: The project consists of construction of a 60,455 s.f. multi-story high school facility and associated on- and off-site work. The facility consists of two (2) one-story and two (2) two-story buildings of concrete masonry and load bearing steel stud exterior walls and metal stud interior wall construction, exterior elevated walkways, with associated mechanical, electrical and low voltage systems to be located on Clark County School District property.2. Global Intake Center: The project consists of construction of an 18,800 s.f. single-story administrative evaluation center and associated on- and off-site work. The facility consists of three (3) one-story buildings of concrete masonry and load bearing steel stud exterior walls and metal stud interior wall construction, with associated mechanical, electrical, and low voltage systems to be located on Clark County School District property.
