Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing direct therapy to children with disabilities, aged 3-21 as specified within each student’s Individualized Education Plan (“IEP”). 2. Designing and implementing physical therapy interventions that allow students to benefit from their educational program. 3. Measuring and documenting student progress resulting from the designed physical therapy interventions. 4. Preparing and maintaining documentation on Special Education Management Program (goals, progress reports, etc.). 5. Providing Consultative Services to the District. 6. Participating in diagnostic evaluations/staffing and IEP meetings. 7. Preparing required reports including Medicaid and documentation of services.
