Specifications include, but are not limited to: STARLINK Professional Development for Higher Education is seeking “turn-key” media production services for up to six (6) 45- minute professional development programs to be produced annually for a two-year commitment and special shoot day projects as needed. Each program features approximately 45 minutes of produced video segments which are typically partitioned into 8 – 12 smaller video sequences to be placed in STARLINK’s professional development course and hosted on STARLINK’s Learning Management System for distribution and 24/7 access to its members. Each program typically features expert interviews, case study(s), voice over, and cover footage (b-roll). STARLINK will be available to assist in some research/leads for interviews and content.
