Specifications include, but are not limited to: SH houses three rooms that require an HVAC solution to improve the high temperature conditions during summer months. These rooms include the Generator Room 101, Mechanical or Compressor Room 102 and the Feed Room 105. There is also a bulk salt storage system that requires salt dust mitigation at the systems vent lines at the exterior. Controlling actuators on existing and new louvers are within the project scope and supporting scope such as electrical, architectural and structural for equipment screening, pads, power, louvers and roof penetrations is included. FB has a single room, Filter Blower Room, that requires HVAC cooling. There is ducting for the blowers to a new exterior louver. There is new electrical service for the HVAC equipment, plumbing condensate drainage and additional control at new damper actuators.
